Privacy Policy

Moe Maintenance respects the privacy of customers using the Moe Maintenance client portal and iOS app. This policy explains how the service handles information when you create an account and manage property services.
Information you enter
The app lets you enter account details, service addresses, property access instructions, service requests, schedule preferences, messages, feedback, service invoices, and payment status. This information is associated with your authenticated account and is available to Moe Maintenance staff only as needed to provide service.
Photos and payments
When you use the photo picker, the app requests only the access needed for the selected service request. Payments are processed by Stripe through a secure in-app payment sheet or Stripe-hosted checkout. Moe Maintenance does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, Apple Pay tokens, billing details, payment status, and limited payment-interaction data to complete transactions, prevent fraud, improve payment reliability, and provide receipts.
Tracking and analytics
The current app does not use advertising identifiers, advertising or attribution SDKs, cross-app tracking, targeted advertising, or third-party marketing tools. Stripe may process limited interaction data for payment functionality and service analytics. This data is not used by Moe Maintenance for advertising or tracking, and Moe Maintenance does not sell personal information.
Storage and deletion
Account, property, request, schedule, invoice, and payment-status records are stored with Moe Maintenance’s service providers and retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and customer-service data from the Account screen. Records that must be retained for tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations may be kept only for the required period. Payment data is also subject to Stripe’s retention practices.
Apple services and external links
TestFlight and the App Store are operated by Apple and may collect diagnostics or account information under Apple’s own policies. Choosing a phone, email, sharing, or Maps link hands that action to the corresponding service on your device. Payment checkout is provided by Stripe. Apple Pay information is shared only as needed to facilitate the requested service and payment.
Children
The app is intended for property owners and service customers and is not directed to children under 13.

Visit the Moe Maintenance support page for help or privacy questions. This policy will be updated before additional production providers, analytics, messaging, or notification services are added or these practices change.
